The staff here were super friendly, and we loved our visit to Lane Tree Golf Club. It was a perfect outing with my family and the couples we brought along. The pool area looked nice, although we didn’t get a chance to use it.
My wife says that the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. There was a noticeable odor in our room, and there were minor maintenance issues that should be addressed to improve family stays.

the room was a decent size, featured air conditioning, a TV with cable channels, and a private bathroom with a bath and shower. the staff were friendly, and the location had good access off highway 70. the breakfast bar could use more variety. overall, it wasn’t dirty but just needed a deeper clean.

The room had a smoke odor that permeated everything, and unfortunately, despite requesting assistance, the issues went unaddressed. Stains on the pillows and bugs in the bathroom fixture left a concerning impression. The pool had been out of service during key summer months, which is a letdown in the heat.

i had a fantastic stay with a clean room and a super friendly staff. You’re just a short walk away from the wayne county museum and the beautiful old waynesborough park which are perfect for leisurely strolls.
